    • Return Policy

      Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchased date, with a Return Merchandise Authorisation. To be eligible for return, item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, including all product documentations (purchase invoice, GIA certificate etc). If required, you would need to pay for administrative and reconditioning charges for example, unset the diamond from its setting.
    • Non-Refundable Items

      All Lovis Diamonds engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Returns with missing product documentations will either incur additional charges or not be processed.
    • How to Return or Exchange

      To return or exchange jewellery item(s) to Lovis Diamonds, please follow the procedures below –
      • Email us at info@lovisdiamonds.com and our Lovis Experts will arrange an appointment at our Office to process your return or exchange.
      • Fill up Return Merchandise Authorisation and prepare all product documentations (purchase invoice, GIA certificate etc) before heading down for your appointment.
    • PayPal Returns

      PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited.

  • Diamond Price Match

    Make a purchase with Lovis Diamonds with a peace of mind. If you find a comparable GIA certified diamond at a lower price, do contact our Lovis Experts at info@lovisdiamonds.com, and advise you accordingly.

    The following terms and conditions apply to our Diamond Price Match programme –
    • Only applies to GIA certified loose diamonds purchases from Lovis Diamonds E-shop.
    • This programme applies before make your purchase online. Once you purchase from Lovis Diamonds E-shop and you are not satisfied, you can return the diamond to us within 30 days.
    • To verify the competing price, you must provide our Lovis Experts with the following information –
      • a) A copy of GIA certificate for the competitor’s diamond that is dated within the past two years.
      • b) A link to a website offer or a published price offer.
    • The competing price must be available to the public and not a unique discount or promotion.
    • The lower price must remain in effect at the time your request is verified by Lovis Diamonds.
    • Competing prices must be in the same currency.
    • The competitor’s diamond must be of the same specifications as a Lovis Diamonds’ diamond, including carat weight, cut, colour, clarity, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, and symmetry etc.
    • Colour diamonds does not qualify for Diamond Price Match programme.
    • Lovis Diamonds’ price is the price after any rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts have been applied.
    • Competitor’s special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts are not eligible for Diamond Price Match programme.
    • Time limited sale events (offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and closing down sales, and loyalty programme offers are not eligible for Diamond Price Match programme.
    • Pawn shops and auctions are not eligible for Diamond Price Match programme.
    • Multiple claims on the same diamond will not be eligible, regardless of the purchase quantity, and Diamond Price Match programme can only be applied once per diamond, even if a lower priced offer is subsequently found.
    • If Lovis Diamonds agrees to match a competitor’s price, we will honour the price for 48 hours.
    • Lovis Diamonds reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price.
    • We reserve the right to –
      • Deny requests.
      • Modify these terms at any time.
      • Terminate the Diamond Price Match programme at any time.
  • Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

    Lovis Diamonds is pleased to offer a lifetime diamond upgrade programme on all GIA certified diamonds. Simply contact our Lovis Experts at email us at info@lovisdiamonds.com to learn more about our upgrade programme.

    • Diamond

      • Only GIA certified diamonds purchased from Lovis Diamonds E-shop are eligible.
      • You will receive 100% credit of the original price for your next GIA certified diamond purchase.
      • The price of your next GIA certified diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.
      • Your original diamond must be in its original condition with supporting documents – GIA certificate and purchase invoice.
      • Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from our Diamond Upgrade programme.
    • Settings

      • The credit value will be based solely on the value of the GIA certified diamond.
      • If your originally purchased setting fits your new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set the diamond in it.
      • If your originally purchased setting cannot be used to set the new diamond, you have the option to keep it or accept a credit as determined by Lovis Diamonds as follows –
        • - Within a year of purchase: 30% deduction from original purchase value.
        • - Within 2 years of purchase: 40% deduction from original purchase value.
        • - Within 3 years of purchase: 50% deduction from original purchase value.
      • Any diamond not originally set by Lovis Diamonds must be returned without the setting.
  • Free Lifetime Warranty

    • Manufacturer Warranty

      Lovis Diamonds warrant that all items purchased from our E-shop will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of collection. If there is a manufacturing defect, do feel free to return it to our Lovis Experts for inspection, as we will repair and maintain your jewellery for a lifetime.

      Once determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item, free of charge. If the item has ceased production, Lovis Diamonds will replace it with a similar item or allow a credit refund equivalent to the purchase value for purchase on the E-shop only.

      If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, our Lovis Experts will advise you on the repair procedures and charges before any work is done.

      Some examples of common jewellery and diamond issues that would not be considered as manufacturing defects include –
      • Discolouration of jewellery due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
      • Prongs and precious metals wear over time and may require restoration work as normal wear.
      • Bent, caught or worn out prong(s) resulting in a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
      • Natural inclusions in diamond jewellery and GIA certified diamonds.
    • 60 Day Free Resizing

      All rings, excluding eternity rings may be resized once for free within the first 60 days of purchase. To have your ring resized free of charge, please email our Lovis Experts at info@lovisdiamonds.com.

    • Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection Services

      Cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to Lovis Diamonds’ E-shop customers. We recommend having your jewellery cleaned and inspected every six months to retain its beauty. Do drop by our Office at “inserts address” and our Lovis Experts will assist you accordingly.
